This is how your subscription works:
You sign up, within 3 days we’ll send your first crate of our all-time favourites (8 or 12 depending on your subscription).
You should receive your first crate within 5-7 working days. Note: for some remote areas delivery can take up to 12 days. Please see here for an indication of delivery zones and timeframes.
You will then fall into one of our two monthly delivery dates depending on your initial subscription date.
If you join in the first part of the month (1-15th) you’ll go into the delivery cycle for the 7th of the next month.
If you join in the second half of the month (16 – 31st) you’ll go into the delivery cycle for the 21st of the next month.
If you chose a quarterly subscription the above delivery cycles will apply to you but of course you will only receive a crate each quarter
Payment for each subscription will be processed, using your elected method, 3-5 days before your crate is dispatched.
If you elect to receive marketing emails from us we will email you the tasting notes prior to delivery, you will also receive a copy of the tasting notes in your crate.
Our website has a blog which includes additional information from some of the brewers, videos, recipes and anything else we think will improve your craft beer experience, so make sure you check it out regularly.
Make sure your payment details and delivery details are up to date. We don’t want your craft beer delivery delayed or getting stuck in a delivery van somewhere with the delivery dude scratching their head (they might get tempted – let’s face it, it’s going to be pretty hard to resist.)
If you have not received your parcel within 7 days please contact us.
We package our beer as carefully as liquid gold. If any items are damaged during transport, please contact us immediately for heaps of sympathy and immediate correction. Depending on the extent of the damage we will provide a credit, replacement or refund.
We use Fastway couriers to deliver your precious cargo to you. At this time we can only deliver our crates within Australia. Delivery within ACT is free, delivery in NSW is a flat $9.00 charge per crate, other metro areas within Australia are charged at a rate of $14.00 per crate, however regional areas outside NSW may attract a surcharge. Please contact us for specific costs to your location.
By default Fastway will require a signature by a person aged 18 or over on delivery. If no one is available to sign Fastway will leave a card indicating how the package can then be collected, or subsequently re-delivered. If you work full-time it might be a good idea to use your work address to ensure the package can be received on time.
If a parcel is returned to The Beer Crate due to incorrect delivery details or non-collection we will email you and attempt to arrange re-delivery, the re-delivery cost is $15. If no response is received within 30 days your crate will be forfeited.
You can choose to have your delivery made to an unattended address, but you do so at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place.
